St. John’s, NL – The Newfoundland Rogues beat the New England Kraken 109-75 on Saturday night at the Mary Brown’s Centre. This marks the third straight win for the Rogues who continue to push for an elusive playoff spot.
The two sides traded baskets during the first quarter before the floodgates opened in the second quarter for the home side. The Rogues rampage only increased as the game went on as they remain unbeaten versus the Kraken in franchise history. Kingslee D’Silva led all scorers with a dominant 26 point 11 rebound performance with plenty of highlight reel dunks to go with it.
The Rogues will look to keep their momentum going into their next road trip before returning to the island for a May 5th matchup against the Port City Power.
